Experience the Monaco Grand Prix with Star Clippers
When it comes to the Mediterranean, there are few places that offer a higher level of exclusivity, glamour and luxury than Monaco. Situated just a few miles away from the Italian Riviera, this beautiful nation has become a home for many of the world’s rich and famous.
Since the introduction of the nation’s first casino and the establishment of a railway connection to Paris in the 19th century, the world’s second smallest officially recognised nation has become established as a tourist destination. Since 1929, it has also been home to a Grand Prix race unlike any other.
A tight and narrow course threads through the streets of the Monte Carlo district, featuring invigorating tight corners and tunnels set against a backdrop of inimitable glamour. The track is centred around the glistening marina, home to countless gleaming superyachts. In May and June 2026, the Royal Clipper will enable you to join these and rub shoulders with the rich and famous with two unique Formula One sailings. In addition, Star Clipper will also visit Monaco during the Historic Grand Prix – a must-do for any classic car enthusiast. Star Clippers takes a closer look at these sailings and what guests can expect on each of them.
